Established in 1981 by several accountants who identified customer service was missing from the big national payroll providers, Paytime has experienced steady growth. Our sales are directly attributed to client or accountant referrals. We consider this a testimony towards our excellent customer service. Paytime continues to improve upon an already excellent customer service record. Year after year our client retention rate remains almost 100%!

Paytime utilizes Millennium payroll software, the most powerful and flexible Windows-based solution on the market today. Although our software is superior to anything offered by our competition, we believe our real strength is in our staff. Over eighty percent of Paytime’s staff is FPC or CPP certified through the American Payroll Association. The American Payroll Association (APA), of which Paytime is a member, is the leading payroll professional organization in the United States.
