Payroll Specialist:
Is responsible for direct contact with multiple clients regarding payroll and customer service. A list of partial duties includes input of payroll information, responding to customer inquiries, monitoring and tracking special requests, and payroll tax return preparation as needed. Having experience in multi-establishment payroll environment and custom report writing is a definite plus.

Tax Specialist:
Has the important task of ensuring all taxes are prepared accurately and in a timely fashion. A list of partial duties includes the preparation of all payroll tax returns, reconciling of quarterly and year-end information, review of returns, and communication with government agencies as needed.

Operations Processor:
Paytime has several production lines that need to be controlled and monitored by operations processors. A list of partial duties includes processing payrolls, packaging and shipping, transmitting electronic data, and equipment maintenance issues.

Sales Representative:
This position requires a highly motivated salesperson who is able to cultivate new leads on their own. Requires at least two years of outside sales experience preferably in payroll services, software, or technical equiptment sales. Time management skills a must.

Client Setup/Training Specialist:
Is responsible for setting up clients, converting clients data to Paytime’s format, training clients on the Paytime software and ensuring a smooth transition from initial set-up to being assigned to a Payroll Specialist. An ideal employee will be very familiar with payroll concepts, data conversion techniques, various database software, excel, report writing, basic networking, and open to technology in general.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, payroll & payroll taxes, and accounting.

Developer:
Paytime is looking for someone with proven SQL 2000/2005, vb/vbscript, crystal report writing experience. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of relational concepts, creating views, and manipulating data. Must be highly motivated and ready to make a difference.
