Project Manager

Paytime is in the final stages of adding a new payroll solutions database and is looking to hire multiple Project Managers to become the champions of this new database. Project Managers will be responsible for learning, manipulating and becoming an expert in this new system in order to successfully onboard new and existing clients and provide continuous support throughout the partnership. The Project Manager will be client focused with technical aptitude and will continuously learn and maintain knowledge of the system(s) to properly support clients both pre and post implementation. The Client Service Representative is responsible for direct contact with multiple clients regarding payroll and client service. The CSR is responsible for entering client payrolls, supporting remote and web based clients as a help desk function and providing quality servicing and maintaining client accounts.
